A dog and it's owner follow B.A.R.K. principles which stands for: Bag your pet's waste, Always leash your pet, Respect wildlife and Know where you can go. They enjoyed a stroll outdoors at the Bloomington Education and Visitor Center and the Old Cedar Avenue trailhead at Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge.
