The applicant requests a permit to import blood and vaginal samples from Mantled howler monkey (Alouatta palliata) collected at Ometepe Field Station, Ometepe, Nicaragua, to enhance the survival of the species through scientific research. The applicant requests a permit to export blood samples from captive-hatched ne-ne geese (Nesochen sandvicensis) to the United Kingdom for the purpose of scientific research.
