Your Midwest Region External Affairs team is part of a national community of communications professionals welcoming all people into the world of conservation, engaging them in the work of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and inspiring them to enjoy and conserve America’s wildlife and wild places. We promote opportunities for the public to participate in conservation efforts and decision-making and communicate the thinking behind our actions and science. We use storytelling and relationship building to invite people into conversation around unique stories, strengthen existing partnerships and look for new connections with a broad range of stakeholders and audiences.
