For fiscal year 2022, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) awarded 15 competitive Prescott Grants totaling $1,137,494 to 13 conservation organizations and state agencies. The Prescott Grant Program helps foster the Service’s relationship with partners who are closest to the resources (e.g., state agencies, Tribes, local communities, aquaria, researchers, and authorized rescue and rehabilitation networks) by providing needed support for their response efforts.
