Featured Species
The Wyoming Toad Conservation Area, is home to a variety of species. For example, badger and coyote duos have been observed in the vicinity of the Wyoming Toad Conservation Area. Coyotes and badgers have been documented hunting together occasionally, with each benefitting from the relationship. The coyote can chase down prey if it runs and the badger can dig after prey if it heads underground. The white-faced ibis nest in colonies, and when water conditions are favorable, a colony may occur at the Wyoming Toad Conservation Area.
