About this Collection

EDSM and DJFMP monitoring data collected by Lodi Fish & Wildlife Office including daily and weekly summary reports. Please note that all data files provided here are preliminary and are subject to revision and correction. Complete data files that have undergone final quality checks for DJFMP and EDSM are available on the Environmental Data Initiative Data Portal.

Monitoring data collected by Lodi Fish & Wildlife Office are provided to partners on daily basis for management decisions. Daily and weekly summary reports for the Enhanced Delta Smelt Monitoring Program are available through the links below. In addition, weekly DatCal reports from DJFMP are also available. Please note that all data files below are preliminary and are subject to revision and correction.

For DJFMP or EDSM data, please contact Jonathan Speegle (jonathan_speegle@fws.gov). Custom data requests will be handled as soon as possible; however, response time may be delayed under certain circumstances. We encourage users to contact the data managers to discuss what dataset is best suited to your needs.

Complete data files that have undergone final quality checks for DJFMP and EDSM are available on the Environmental Data Initiative Data Portal. Type "DJFMP" or "EDSM" into the search bar to access the data sets and accompanying program metadata. These files are updated periodically as final Quality Assurance/Quality Control measures are completed.
