Live birds require permission from your Regional Migratory Bird Permit Office prior to transferring. Prior to the transfer of any birds, rehabilitators must follow instructions on page 2 of Form 3-202-12 Migratory Bird and Eagle Acquisition and Transfer form and submit the form and required attachments to the appropriate Regional Migratory Bird Permit Office.
