Eagle Incidental Take for Wind Energy - Data Reporting Template

This Data Reporting Template was developed by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) to facilitate consistent data reporting and to provide guidance to applicants who are submitting project-specific eagle survey data in support of an Eagle Incidental Take Permit for take of bald and/or golden eagles occurring at wind energy projects  (EAITW).  Providing project-specific data in this format will expedite data review and analyses associated with processing the EAITW permit application.
