Bioreactor Temperatures

Daily temperatures were taken from each Johnson-Su bioreactor for data collection and to make certain the temperatures were reaching appropriate thermophilic levels. Each bioreactor was given a personalized name based on a special incident during the filling. This bioreactor had a lot of chicken from the school lunch and was slightly smaller in size than the other bioreactors.
