Draft Hunt Plan Amendment and Categorical Exclusion for Public Review

The refuge proposes to expand hunting opportunities on 98 acres of the Rapids Lake Hunt Unit in accordance with the existing refuge specific regulations. The hunt plan amendment and categorical exclusion documents provide additional information and are available for public review.  The comment period will stay open for 60 days through the end of the “2023–2024 Station-Specific Hunting and Sport Fishing Regulations” and closes August 22, 2023.
