Federal Regiser Notice - African Elephant 4(d) Final Rule

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service published a final rule for the African elephant under section 4(d) of the ESA. The updated regulations benefit African elephant conservation and supports the Service’s, United States’, and the Convention of International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora’s (CITES) commitment and leadership in conserving African elephants.
