Fish Slough milkvetch is federally listed as threatened. This plant is in the legume family and is found along 6 mile stretch of salt flats near Bishop, CA known as Fish Slough. This milkvetch grows in a desert wetland. Climate change and competition from nonnative plants pose challenges to recovery.
