Form 3-2484 Certificate for Sale of Alaska Native Handicrafts Including Migratory Bird Parts

Only Alaska Native people may sell or re-sell any authentic native article of handicraft or clothing that contains an inedible byproduct of a bird harvested legally during the Alaska Migratory Bird Subsistence hunt. Eligibility can be shown by this completed certificate form or a Silver Hand tag attached to the handcraft item.
