A Rosemary Anderson High School student fishes for native rainbow trout and coho salmon on the Clackamas River. Students from Portland Opportunities Industrialization Center + Rosemary Anderson High School spent two days in September 2023 on outdoor field trips where they learned about the Clackamas River, native salmon, steelhead trout, Pacific lamprey, and other species, habitat restoration projects, recreational opportunities, and coho salmon programs at Eagle Creek National Fish Hatchery. The project was made possible by 'Fish Funds' contribution made by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Fish and Aquatic Conservation Program.
