Mariana Trench MNM Planning Update #6 - June 2024

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), in cooperation with the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) Government, have finalized the Monument Management Plan (MMP) for the Mariana Trench Marine National Monument (Monument). This plan defines agency management roles and responsibilities and lays out goals, objectives, and planned activities for the next 15 years.
