Before outdoor adventure was considered “proper” for women, Paulina Brandreth was out there proving the skeptics wrong. Born into a prominent New York family in the 19th century, Brandreth defied societal norms and became a pioneer in hunting, guiding, and conservation in the Adirondacks.
