Pūlama Lānaʻi Environmental Action Statement

To comply with obligations under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service prepared an Environmental Action Statement (EAS) which explains how the conservation benefit agreement fits the categorical-exclusion criteria of the Department of the Interior and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
