Scat sniffing dog in the High Sierra Nevadas

Rogue Detection Teams trains dogs to sniff out fox poop, and their keen sense of smell can find poop more easily than the human eye, especially in areas where the Sierra Nevada red fox's presence is rare or unknown. This dog, named Filson, has tracked fox scat as seen in the foreground.
