Water Resources Development Under the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act

This document provides information and guidance on the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act (FWCA) and its application to water resources development project planning and implementation. It has been developed primarily for use by Fish and Wildlife Service biologists working on water resource development projects under the authority of the FWCA.
