Bill Lynn joined the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Alabama Ecological Services Field Office, in February 2012.  He serves as the recovery and permitting lead for the Alabama beach mouse (ABM) (Peromyscus polionotus ammobates).  Bill supports and leads actions towards the recovery of the ABM, a federally endangered species.  He is also responsible for the permitting of Section 7 Section 7
Section 7 Consultation The Endangered Species Act (ESA) directs all Federal agencies to work to conserve endangered and threatened species and to use their authorities to further the purposes of the Act.
