Featured Species

Our office works with several species, including invasive carp (including grass, silver, bighead, and black carp), Indiana and northern long-eared bats. The main focus for our office is working with our partners to prevent invasive carp from entering the Great Lakes. The other focus is managing habitat for the Indiana bat and northern long-eared bat (both listed under the federal Endangered Species Act) through the Sikes Act.
