North: Take I-91 South, Exit 25 to Route 116 South. Then take Route 116 South to the intersection with Route 9. The regional office is straight thru the intersection.

South: Take I-91 North to Exit 19 to Route 9 East and continue for 4 miles. Then take a right at Staples by the traffic light to enter the regional office.
