1.1 Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to issue specific redelegations from the Director to the Assistant Director - Ecological Services.
1.2 Endangered Species Permits. The Assistant Director may issue, modify, suspend, and revoke permits and exemptions issuable under authority of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, 16 U.S.C. 1531-1543.
