U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service MD-715 Reports - Management Directive 715 was issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on October 1, 2003. The MD-715 contains policy guidelines and standards for establishing and maintaining effective affirmative employment programs. It requires agencies to take appropriate steps to ensure that policies, practices, and procedures are conducted in a discrimination free manner for employees and applicants. The annual MD-715 report also includes the results and actions from barrier analyses.

Cummings Act Notices - The Elijah E. Cummings Federal Employee Antidiscrimination Act of 2020 requires that Notifications of Violation regarding findings of discrimination be posted publicly for a minimum of one year. There are no current active findings of discrimination in the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and there have been none dating back two years.
