Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are an essential part of operations at Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuge Complex. If you have an interest in wildlife conservation, enjoy working outdoors or with people, or simply want to give back, consider joining the refuge's volunteer staff. Volunteers provide Information the Visitor Center, maintaining refuge facilities and trails, conducting wildlife surveys, presenting interpretive walks and talks, and more!

Bring your skills, talents, and energy; we’ll supply the rest, including training and uniforms.

If you have questions about volunteering at Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuge please contact the volunteer coordinator at (530) 667-8330 or john_fitzroy@fws.gov
