Passage Key National Wildlife Refuge

The Passage Key National Wildlife Refuge is part of the United States National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) System, located offshore from St. Petersburg, Florida, and only accessible by boat. 

The islands are currently closed year-round to all public use because of their small size and critical importance to coastal species.
