We’ll teach you a few basic knots, how to rig the rod, how to cast the line, and how to use various lures. After the classroom portion, we’ll venture over to the dock to practice. If you want to actually fish, participants age 16-64 will need a fishing license. Otherwise we’llpractice with hookless weights. Meet in the refuge pavilion outside the visitor center.
