The Tijuana Slough National Wildlife Refuge administrative offices are co-located with National Estuarine Research Reserve staff. The refuge offices are staffed Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The visitor center is open Wednesday through Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
