Boating at Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge

You can find boat launches on Umbagog Lake, and the Magalloway and Androscoggin Rivers:

  1. Steamer Diamond boat launch is located on the Androscoggin River, north of the Errol Dam on Rt. 16. 
  2. NH State boat launch on the Androscoggin River is accessed from North Mountain Pond Rd in Errol, NH. 
  3. Umbagog Headquarters boat launch accesses the Magalloway River and is located beside our office on Rt. 16, ~5.5 miles north of the town of Errol, NH.
  4. NH State boat launch on Umbagog Lake is located at the south end of the lake on Rt. 26.
