Dave has worked for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for over 25 years for the following programs: Migratory Bird Research Program (Patuxent Wildlife Research Center; 1990 - 1993; National Wildlife Refuge System in VA, MT, and MI (1997 - 2009); Region 6 Migratory Bird Program (2009 - present).
