About Karlee Jewell
Karlee Jewell is a Conservation Biologist with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Science Applications Program. Through the Conservation and Adaptation Resources Toolbox (CART), her work enhances peer-to-peer knowledge sharing among resource managers and researchers by building trust, leveraging partnerships, and developing tools and resources to strengthen collaborative conservation efforts. Karlee’s skill set includes implementing on-the-ground conservation strategies, planning and facilitating events, leading environmental education and interpretation programming, building consensus among diverse partners, and project management. Karlee holds a bachelor’s in Cultural Studies and master’s in Environmental Science and Management from California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt.
