Larry Dean

Larry has a long history of federal experience including 20 years with the U.S. Air Force (10 with the Reserve while with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service) and has been with the Service since the early 1990s. He was the Service's first regional web manager and built the initial web site that he says, compared with what we can do in online design today, it was like a kid with crayons.
