About Mitch Hartley
B.S. with Honors in Natural Resources from Cornell University; M.S. in Wildlife Science from Louisiana State University; Ph.D. in Wildlife Ecology from University of Maine. Worked as post-doc with Audubon, SUNY-ESF, and Cornell Lab of Ornithology for four years before joining the USFWS, focused on forest and grassland bird research and conservation. Have worked for the Atlantic Coast Joint Venture since 2004.
