About Sandra Cross

Sandra supports administration of the Delaware River Basin Restoration Program and implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Working with external and internal partners, she strives to restore fish and wildlife habitats, improve water quality and water management, and expand recreational access for the public in the Delaware River watershed and beyond. With a background in coastal ecology, Sandra joined FWS in 2021 as a SeaGrant Knauss Fellow.
