About Shauna Marquardt
I started working for the Fish and Wildlife Service in 2010 as a Fish and Wildlife Biologist with Ecological Services in the Missouri Field Office where I worked on a variety of ESA issues including the conservation and recovery of listed bats. I moved to Minnesota in 2019 to be the Assistant Field Supervisor for the Minnesota-Wisconsin Ecological Services Office and became the Field Supervisor for this office in 2021. I earned degrees in Biological Sciences from the University of Central Missouri and Fort Hays State University and started my career in conservation with the Missouri Department of Conservation. Since moving to Minnesota, I've had a great time exploring beautiful northern landscapes and the Great Lakes and have adopted some new outdoor endeavors including cross-country skiing, fat tire biking, and glamping in my teardrop camper.
