Tara Dowdy

Mrs. Dowdy's office is located at the Reelfoot NWR.  She performs environmental education/interpretation for schools and other groups throughout the complex, coordinates refuge events and field trips, processes quota hunt paperwork, manages the refuges Facebook page and websites, and is the coordinator for TN's Jr. Duck Stamp Program as well as the volunteer program.  For specific questions regarding refuge access or management, please reach out to the Refuge Manager.
