About Will Lacy

Will is a second-generation United States Air Force veteran with 30 years of honorable military service.  He has more than 25 years of government financial management, budget, and accounting experience. He has more than 25 years of security, administration, supervisory, and management experience. Will has managed budgets as large as $350M and directed multi-currency check cashing and disbursement operations exceeding $4.5M. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Management with Leadership concentration and Associate degrees in Financial Management and Criminal Justice. He is married and the father of four children. Will enjoys fishing and viewing the great outdoors. Will joined the USFWS team in January 2017.
