An Introduction to Engagement

This document outlines the principles and importance of effective engagement. It also puts forward a model for developing engagement activities. 

It is the first of three documents produced by The Community Engagement Network under the Victorian Government Department of Sustainability and Environment in Australia to provide the necessary information and resources for community engagement.
