2023 Kid's Fishing Rodeo

This year's Kid's Fishing Rodeo did not have the high attendance of past years, but the supporting crew received high praise for an organized and fun day for visitors.

• The hatchery friends group staffed the clay county fair everyday allday up to the rodeo to help spread the word and talk about hatchery activities
• We had 3 friend's group volunteers that put in a lot of time doing hatchery cleanup, preparation, and event coordination making the event more efficient than the past two years
• The Friends of Dale Hollo Lake provided funding and BBQ equipment and volunteers to cook up hundreds of hotdog snacks for everyone
• Walmart, No.1 Quality Realty, and TWRA (and their support groups) where this year's biggest event donors
