Forest Bathing

Join us for an immersive, gentle walk through nature. Registration is required. Participants aged 18+ are welcome to participate in Forest Bathing, sometimes referred to as Forest Therapy. This slow walk does not involve literal bathing but instead encourages the use of all senses when connecting with nature. This program is held entirely outdoors, please dress appropriately for the weather.

Led by Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Instructor Allison Jurek.
