Nature in Your Neighborhood: Bug Safari

You don't have to leave your neighborhood to explore nature! Join a refuge ranger at your local library to learn all about bugs! We will go on a bug safari to discover some of our smallest neighbors, explore their differences and similarities and creative a fun take-home craft. While activities are geared toward elementary-aged students, all are welcome. Come dressed for the weather and outdoor exploration. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Date and Time: Wednesday, July 10th from 2:00PM-3:00PM

Registration Information: No registration required.

Activity Level: Easy-active, we will walk outside to the library lawn and explore in a small area.

Meet Us: We will meet inside Oxboro Library.

What to Bring: Clothing and shoes you can comfortably move around in. This program has indoor and outdoor portions, please bring outerwear appropriate for the fall weather. Event is rain or shine.

Accessibility: Restrooms and water fountains available inside of the library. Outdoor terrains include paved sidewalks and mowed lawn.
