Blunt-nosed leopard lizard is released into the wild on the Panoche Hills Plateau

A biologist gently nudges a blunt-nosed leopard lizard to encourage it to explore its new home in the Panoche Hills Plateau, an area managed by the Bureau of Land Management. The 10 released lizards were raised in the Fresno Chaffee Zoo.
