Grant Administration Standards for Internal Agreements North American Wetlands Conservation Act and Neotropical Migratory Bird Conservation Act

These Standards apply to any project that;

(a) is granted Federal financial assistance approved under the authority of the North American Wetlands Conservation Act (NAWCA) or the Neotropical Migratory Bird Conservation Act (NMBCA); and

(b) is awarded to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), in whole or in part. The U.S. Grant Administration Standards (September 2010, as amended) apply to all U.S. non-Federal subrecipients of any NAWCA or NMBCA grant, as applicable.
