Waukell Creek culvert

Spring runoff flows through the Waukell Creek culvert under Klamath Beach Road on the Pulikla Tribal reservation. The undersized culvert overflows regularly causing flooding in the community, often cutting them off from emergency services for weeks at a time. This another undersized culvert is being replaced with funds from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the National Fish Passage Program.
