Permanent Electronic Duck Stamp Act

The Duck Stamp Modernization Act directs the Service to issue Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamps (Federal Duck Stamps) electronically (e-stamp) that are valid from the date of purchase through the end of the Duck Stamp Year (June 30). Actual Federal Duck Stamps will be mailed to e-stamp customers at the end of the migratory bird hunting season (March 10).
