ArtStart is an award-winning, St.Paul based non-profit arts organization whose mission is to inspire artistic creativity and illuminate the connections among people, ideas and the environment through engaging artists, children, families, and communities in quality arts education experiences. Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge has partnered with ArtStart to provide these experiences at many of our events and programs, like the EcoArts Fest which aims to bring families, artists, and performers together to celebrate our close connection to nature through the arts.
