Farm to Food Bank Program

Using USDA funds, the New Mexico Association of Food Banks purchases locally and regionally produced foods to nourish New Mexicans in need. By offering fair prices to farmers, ranchers, and other food producers, the Regional Farm to Food Bank (RF2FB) program strengthens local food systems while ensuring that the one in eight New Mexicans who experience food insecurity gain critical access to healthy, fresh local foods. This program is for Farmers, Ranchers and other food producers.

Partner Category

We often partner with non-governmental conservation organizations on conservation projects, whether it's to conserve identified species such as the monarch butterfly or to advise on land acquisition for conservation so that it has the greatest benefit for species.

We partner with these groups to help them conduct their commercial activities in a way that best promotes conservation.
