Florida Atlantic University Pine Jog Environmental Education Center

This partnership supports a brand new program called "Growing our Urban Earth Force". It will involve at least 24 teens from low-income schools over the next two years in helping them address environmental issues in their own communities. The teens will work in groups to identify issues that affect their communities and design projects to help address them. Teams will be guided by local educators, scientists, and environmental professionals and solutions will be presented to their peers and leaders.
