Kuskokwim River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission

The Kuskokwim River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission (KRITFC) represents the 33 Federally recognized Tribes of the Kuskokwim River watershed in fisheries management, research, and monitoring. KRITFC was established in 2015 as part of the long-standing desire of the Kuskokwim's Tribes and rural residents of the drainage to engage as co-managers of fisheries resources. Its Commissioners, Executive Council members, In-Season Managers, and Elder Advisors are guided by Indigenous Knowledge and values and the best available Western science.

In 2016, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was adopted between KRITFC and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). This MOU lays the foundation for the partnership and cooperative management structure structure
Something temporarily or permanently constructed, built, or placed; and constructed of natural or manufactured parts including, but not limited to, a building, shed, cabin, porch, bridge, walkway, stair steps, sign, landing, platform, dock, rack, fence, telecommunication device, antennae, fish cleaning table, satellite dish/mount, or well head.
