The Montana Rail Link (MRL) operated rail lines in Montana. Montana Rail Link discontinued all active rail operations as of January 1, 2024. BNSF Railway Company has assumed operations across the former MRL lines on the newly-designated MRL Subdivision of the Montana Division of BNSF. MRL will retain and administer certain non-operational branch line corridors.
